As Chief Growth Officer, Polly is passionate about helping Precision Services grow with excellence while preserving the family-centered culture that has been at the heart of the company since its beginning. Working alongside the leadership team, she focuses on strengthening the customer experience, supporting and encouraging the team, collaborating with the marketing department, developing the company's hospitality initiatives, and creating systems and processes that help both employees and customers thrive.
Polly has been married to Precision Services Founder and CEO, Shawn, for 32 years. Together they have been blessed with 12 children and three precious grandchildren. While she has faithfully supported Shawn and the business throughout their marriage, she has recently stepped into a more active leadership role as the company prepares for future growth and the next generation of leadership.
Outside of work, Polly enjoys traveling, pursuing her fitness journey, and creating meaningful memories around the dinner table, gathered around a fire pit, or exploring new vacation destinations with her children and grandchildren. Her heart for people, passion for serving others, and vision for the future continue to help shape the culture and direction of Precision Services.
